Meet the Innisfil Chiropractic Team

Laura Blake, Chiropractic Assistant

Laura began working as a Chiropractic Assistant in 2000. She moved to Innisfil in 2006, and has been the Office Manager at Innisfil Chiropractic since 2007.

After suffering injuries in a car accident in 2000, she began a treatment plan of regular chiropractic and massage therapy, which greatly reduced her recovery time and maximized healing. Laura also continued chiropractic and massage therapy through both her pregnancies, and both newborns were adjusted when they were just days old. Her entire family gets adjusted regularly.

Laura is a Registered Yoga Teacher YA-RYT200, Certified Childrens Yoga Teacher CYT, and Certified Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Ryoho First Degree practitioner. Laura is also a Certified Sigvaris Compression Stocking Fitter.

AmeliaI began working at Innisfil Chiropractic in February 2017, but have been a patient of Dr. Lee’s since 2006! My family came to see Dr. Lee for a variety of reasons: our first visit was when Dad threw his back out, but chiropractic has always helped my brothers who have special needs, my recovery after Irish dance and ballet recitals, when mom hurt her knee- and generally has been an incredible tool in our monthly maintenance. Since attending York University and earning an Honours degree in Health and Society, and then the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, I have become our in-house Registered Holistic Nutritionist and am working towards becoming a DONA certified Postpartum Doula. Truly, I credit being cared for by Dr. Lee as one of the major influences in my life. In my spare time, I am usually trying new healthy recipes, reading, or daydreaming about my next trip across the Pond!
